PROPOSED ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS WITH ADDITION OF NEW 1-STOREY TO EXISTING 3-STOREY FENGSHAN COMMUNITY CLUB ON LOT 06779T MK 27 AT 20 BEDOK NORTH STREET 2 (BEDOK PLANNING AREA)

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – THE CORRESPONDENT

1. We are pleased to inform you that Ms Frontbuild Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd has been awarded the abovementioned project by People’s Association.

2. The main works include demolition to existing toilets, staircases and lift, piling work, extension of one storey and internal A&A works.

3. Currently, we are carrying out preliminary works such as pre-condition survey, cable detection, removal of non-structural items, erection of site hoarding and site access.

4. We are currently doing the piling and structural demolition .

5. During the course of the works, some degree of inconveniences such as noise and dust are inevitable. However, we would like to assure you that we will take practical measures and do our best to minimize them.

6. Our workers can be identified by the company uniform.
